Kyle is fantastic! He was incredibly thorough while inspecting my fiancé’s and my first home. We were working on a tight timeline, and he was exceptionally quick in getting the inspection report back to us. His reports are detailed, easy to understand, and include clear photos of everything he inspected. He provided a comprehensive PDF outlining all of his findings, along with a separate “to-do” list highlighting items that may need attention or repairs. Kyle spent over two hours carefully inspecting every aspect of the property and did an outstanding job. I was especially impressed by the quality of his reports and the speed at which they were delivered. He even uses a drone to capture photos of the roof and chimney, which was a great added touch and provided valuable insight into areas that are otherwise difficult to assess. I can’t recommend Kyle enough. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, thorough, and professional home inspector, he’s the one to call!
